Sports Coverage Refund & Rescheduling Policy

 

At Indy Sports Film, we provide professional sports event coverage and highlight services. Please review our policy carefully before booking.

 

No Refund Policy

All sports coverage bookings with Indy Sports Film are non-refundable.

When a client books our services, they are reserving our time, travel, scheduling, and production resources for a specific sporting event. Once a date is secured, that time slot is removed from availability and other potential bookings may be declined.

Because of this commitment, we do not issue refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:


  • Athlete performance
  • Limited playing time
  • Coaching decisions
  • Injuries during the event
  • Ejections or fouls
  • Event outcomes
  • Change of mind
  • Dissatisfaction based on statistics or highlight volume

Booking secures our attendance and professional coverage  it does not guarantee specific plays, statistics, moments, or outcomes.


 

 

Performance & Highlight Disclaimer


Highlight content is performance based by nature. While we attend and film the event as scheduled, the number and quality of highlight clips depend entirely on the athlete’s in-game opportunities and performance.


We do not guarantee a minimum number of highlight plays or specific moments.

 

 

 

If Indy Sports Film Is Unable to Attend

 

If Indy Sports Film is unable to attend a scheduled sporting event due to unforeseen circumstances, we will:


  • Reschedule coverage for a future event, or
  • Apply the full payment as a credit toward a future booking.


Refunds will not be issued. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling.


 

 

Client Rescheduling

 

If a client needs to reschedule:

  • Notice must be provided at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled event.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability.
  • Credits must be used within 90 days of the original booking date.


 

 

 

Agreement to Terms

 

By submitting payment and booking services with Indy Sports Film, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Sports Coverage Refund & Rescheduling Policy.
